Add a Passphrase – instructions:

Add a Passphrase on all user accounts.

Even if your current account already has a passphrase, the Ensure Assessment App will also detect if there are other user accounts on the device that lack the required logon security.

It appears that at least one user account on your device does not have a passphrase, although it may not be the account you are currently using. To address this, you need to switch to the user account without a passphrase.

To resolve the “No Passphrase” warning on Windows:

  • Press the “Ctrl + Alt + Delete” keys simultaneously and select “Switch user.”
  • Choose the user account without a passphrase, then navigate to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options > Password.
  • Set a passphrase with a minimum of 6 characters.
  • Repeat this process for all user accounts that lack a passphrase.
  • Once finished, use “Ctrl + Alt + Delete” to switch back to your original account and click “Recheck.”
